Situated on Madrid’s bustling Gran Via, MuchoMadrid is the kind of place you look for when you are planning to be partying your way through the city. The hostel is right in the middle of all the hottest night spots in Madrid, so not the best option for light sleepers but perfect for anyone who wants to get in on the fun. If you have any energy leftover the next day, most of Madrid’s main tourist sights are also within walking distance - it is centrally located for all your activities, daytime or nighttime.

There are only four rooms at MuchoMadrid, and each one is a dorm style room. Three of the rooms are mixed and one is female only, so be sure to request the latter if that is what you are looking for. Each room has either four or five beds in it, so they are not large, overcrowded rooms at all, and all make use of shared bathroom facilities. Most rooms also have balconies which overlook the famous Gran Via. Every bed comes with its own personal locker for storing valuables, so your belongings will be safe when you are out.

With only four rooms, it is easy to get to know the other guests at MuchoMadrid - and also easy for the helpful staff to really attend to every guest’s needs. The comfortable common areas, including a kitchen and TV lounge, are the perfect places to hang out with a book or to chat with your new friends. The hostel staff might want to get in on sharing travel stories, too!

MuchoMadrid does have an age restriction - guests must be between the ages of 18 and 40. Once you have gotten past that, however, it is an ideal place to spend your time in Madrid, whether you are there to party or you actually plan to visit some museums while you are there. Either way, its central location and friendly atmosphere make it a fantastic choice for your trip to Madrid.
