Hostel-Inn Tango City
Hostel-Inn Tango City is part of the Hostel-Inn chain with hostels in various cities in Argentina. There are four Hostel-Inn locations in Buenos Aires alone, but this is the best. It is located in the historic San Telmo district, surrounded by tango cafes, restaurants, art shops, bars and excellent nightlife. There is a subway stop a few blocks from the hostel’s front door, although you should be able to walk to most of the city’s main attractions.
Rooms at Hostel-Inn Tango City range from private single rooms up to dorms that sleep up to 12 people. There are both mixed and female-only dorms, and some of the dorms even have en suite bathrooms. All private rooms have en suite bathrooms, and every room in the entire hostel has an air conditioning unit.

Bring your dancing shoes. Of course, if tango is not your thing, the hostel staff can arrange tickets for you to see a football match or join a guided tour of the city - or whatever else you like. You can even get in on the hostel’s clubbing nights, which begin in the hostel’s own bar and proceed to the best clubs in Buenos Aires where you get special access as a guest at the Hostel-Inn Tango City. There should not be a dull moment.
If you are looking for a quiet place to relax, Hostel-Inn Tango City is not it. This is a hostel as vibrant as the city which surrounds it, and the travelers who stay here want to have a good time.
